Kuchen Custard
Ingredients
8 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 pints whipping cream
Directions

Beat eggs and sugar.

Add cream and combine.

Repeat the following until custard boils (thickens).

Place in microwave on high heat for 4 minutes.

Remove from microwave and stir.
-
Allow the custard to cool (ideally in the refrigerator overnight, covered with plastic wrap).
-
NOTE: Custard can be done a day ahead of time.
